Blueberry

Blueberry found herself at the Leon County Humane Society (LCHS) at the age of eight because her owner could no longer care for her. She had been diagnosed with pyometra (uterine infection) and required an immediate spay surgery and medications to save her life.

Nobel

Nobel had a heartbreaking start to life. For a decade, he was neglected and forgotten. Nobel was chained to a tree for ten years. And then finally, he was rescued. NMDOG, a new Grey Muzzle grantee, saved him and changed his fate.

Sebby

Maria found Sebby in Sebastian, Florida, and that’s how he got his name. Sebby was found in a deep ditch full of trash. When Maria saw him, she didn’t hesitate to get in the ditch to rescue him and then nurse him back to health.

Buddy

Gertrude found her perfect match in 15-year-old Buddy this past June at the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County in Washington state.
