We do not have a physical office or facility. Grey Muzzle is operated by a volunteer Board of Directors from diverse animal welfare backgrounds and we are located throughout the country. Our mailing address is 14460 Falls of Neuse Road, Suite 149-269, Raleigh, NC 27614
No, sorry, we do not have a foster or adoption network. You can see some of the organizations we have supported with funding on our website. We would suggest searching the Internet or Petfinder.com to see if you have a breed specific or senior dog rescue group in your area. If they are not able to assist you directly, they may be able to provide you with some referrals and advice.
If you belong to any social organizations, such as a church group or club, you might consider asking permission to tell members about your dog or place a poster at your local veterinarian or pet supply store. We would suggest avoiding Craigslist, and definitely do not give your dog away for free. Many unscrupulous people (looking for dogs for research, etc.) use Craigslist to get free dogs.
If you use Facebook, you can also post on the Adopt a Senior Dog Facebook page. And if your dog is black, check out the Black Dog Rescues Facebook page.

We cannot give money to individuals, but please set the Pet Food Assistance Program from Love Your Pet Expo Sanctuary for assistance with such expenses
The most inclusive source for locating a pet available for adoption is Pet Finder. You can enter your zip code and the type of pet you are searching for (dog). The search can then be narrowed by several other filters, including age. Just select senior and you will be able to view all of the senior dogs in rescue organizations located close to you.
Also check the list of organizations we support. Almost all have senior dogs available for adoption.
