Introducing Toby, the Pekingese! This handsome 10-year-old gent was almost cast as an Abercrombie & Fitch male model in his hay day, but the company opted for a buff Golden Retriever instead. How predictable?! Their loss is our gain because now he’s a senior model for Poodle and Pooch! Other than Toby’s furbulous looks, he is a loving, friendly, and smart pup. Toby is an absolute couch potato, and he prefers to watch Animal Planet instead of Real Housewives of Barkerly Hills. Toby is housetrained if let out frequently, walks well on a leash, laid back, and an overall well-behaved pooch. He weighs about 12 lbs., and like most models, could stand to gain another pound or two. Toby is good with other dogs, and though he hasn’t been cat tested, we believe he would be a good companion for a feline. Though gentle, given his age and small size, Toby would do best with older children (10+).
If you’re looking for a low energy, friendly, and relaxed pup, look no further than Toby! Toby would be fine in an apartment or house, as long as he has his new family by his side! He is up to date on his vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and had his teeth recently polished. Toby has allergies and his medication is about $35 monthly. His adoption donation is $225.
