Oswald is a Southern gentleman whose soulful eyes say "be mine"! The perfect house guest in his foster home, this handsome Beagle quickly fit right in with their pack. He loves kids and dogs of all sizes. Cat curious but probably wishes no harm. Oswald is convinced he's still in his prime and not letting a frivolous term like senior slow him down. Plenty of pep in his step, but also down to claim his spot beside you for couch cuddles. He will nose the bells at the back door when he needs to go out, and barks when he's ready to come in!
