Carey12 YRS
The adorable Carey was adopted from PAWS Atlanta back in 2014 and he showed up at Athens-Clarke Animal Services 10 years later. Our staff was alerted, and we brought him back to our shelter. Carey is now 12 years old. At PAWS Atlanta we are dedicated to the animals who we care for at our shelter and we will ALWAYS take back animals who were adopted through our shelter, no matter the reason or length of time.
Carey’s foster family tells us that he “is just an amazing pooch. He is a happy boy and brings everyone who meets much joy.” He is housebroken and good in his crate at night or when his foster family is away from the house. He is a happy dog and can often be seen with a mouth open smile. He is youthful and playful for his age, but he is never overwhelming. He loves people and other dogs and is looking for a loving home to live out his golden years.
