At 12 years old, Bruce found himself in unfamiliar surroundings, struggling with itchy skin, dirty ears, and a life that had been anything but nurturing. Thankfully, Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries stepped in and, with the help of a Grey Muzzle grant, Bruce’s life changed forever.
After receiving much-needed grooming, vaccinations, and skin treatments, Bruce joined a loving long-term foster home, where he’s finally experiencing what it means to be cherished. Today, he’s soaking up love in a long-term foster home, enjoying slow walks, good meals, and naps on the couch. His foster family reports that his skin is healing, his personality is shining, and he’s finally enjoying the life he always deserved.
