Bella, a 9-year-old Husky, is more than a pet—she’s everything to her mom. When Bella developed a severe ear infection, her mom, who is currently unhoused, was referred to Project Street Vet by B Street Veterinary Hospital in San Diego.
Desperate to help her beloved companion, she reached out and, thanks to a grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization, the Project Street Vet team were able to provide the care Bella needed, including an ear flush, medications, and cytology.
Her mom expressed her gratitude, saying, “She is everything to me and Project Street Vet helped me when I needed it the most. My dog is like my child, and I would do anything for her!”
